Kevin Byrne

Kevin has in depth experience advising businesses on key corporate transactions and as retained counsel to businesses.

He was formerly a corporate partner at a regional law firm, and worked at City firm Bird & Bird and US firm Brown Rudnick. Prior to that, he gained significant corporate experience as UK head of legal at Bayer plc.

Kevin holds degrees in chemistry, law and a diploma in German law.
